Replies to requests of information and data by NERC and SERC. Identifies opportunities for improvement and/or suggests improved methods and gathers, correlates and analyzes specific data using established procedures. Performs detailed and/or routine engineering assignments involving established calculations, tests and analysis.Prepares and presents reports, requiring self-analysis and recommendations, for related system reliability, compliance and/or engineering activities. Proposes, justifies and manages installation of equipment, structures and devices needed for the Company to comply with NERC Reliability Standards. Identifies and manages Company and contract personnel, provides budget, accrual and forecast data.Supports operating and maintenance functions with engineering analysis, troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution activities.Directs the activities of coops, bargaining employees and other, as instructed, as they perform various activities including installation or checkout of new equipment, troubleshooting, testing, tuning, etc.Performs other duties as directed by management.,
